Cooking Indian at Home

Have you ever eaten a delicious meal at Maharaja Indian Cuisine and then pondered what it would take to cook your own Indian food at home?

I came across a blog today that’s run by Oxonian Malar Gandhi. She provides an extensive database of Indian recipes including curries, lentil-based recipes, soups and more. The best thing about her being based in Oxford is that you should be able to find all of the required ingredients locally.
