Provides Customer Comment Cards

17 Nov

Customer feedback—both good and bad—is vital to the success of a restaurant. It’s no secret how many restaurants have closed over the last year here in Oxford. Customer feedback could have saved some of them.

Since you don’t usually see customer feedback forms offered at Oxford restaurants, has designed the attached forms for your use. These can be used to tell an owner that you love everything about their restaurant, or to let them know when things need to be tweaked. Simply click the photo above and print out the form (there are three comment cards per sheet), and keep them in your wallet to use the next time you dine out.

I’m hoping that Oxford restaurateurs will be open to, and appreciative of, this new—and free—business advice from their customers.

This is a wonderful idea! I am always glad to hear feedback from customers! Good or bad it helps me make adjustments that otherwise I would never know about! The Tacky Shack plans to be here a long time but only if we serve our community the best way possible! Cheers!

Excellent idea. The ones who actually care will, I’m sure, welcome these. The ones who don’t actually care will disregard them…and go out of business anyway.

What a great idea! I’m printing out about five copies of the PDF now.
